Here are the rules for the characters =3

1. The characters Must be your own!
2. You must be original, no stealing others characters
3. You MUST put the power/ ability in your SIGNATURE
4. No KO's in one attack, it's just not possible and not nice, everyone starts out on a level of my choice depending on your character's info
5. Be nice, and give the other person a chance to return an attack, or we Admin's with the power will have to step in and take action
6. This is the only spot you can be above PG-13, but the cussing has been censored so just so you are warned
7. We Admin's are the only one's with the 'Almighty' powers, and we can grant your character more powers or abilities if we deem you worthy
